How quickly can we get our cargo?

The Cargo Warehouse has a KPI to ensure all import FAK cargo is unpacked and available within 36-48 hours from container port availability.

What additional services can you offer? Do you do packing and delivery also?

Absolutely. Just advise us when booking your cargo if you would like your goods palletised or sorted. We can basically provide your cargo any way you request. We can also deliver to wherever you would like – and can promise same day delivery within the Melbourne metro area for goods that are unpacked before 10am.

Are you able to handle dairy or seafood products?

Yes. We have approval for the handling of dry dairy goods and packaged (non-refrigerated) seafood products.
